Each Punchcard-10 includes ten punches — one per person, per class or eligible event. You can share a card between two people. Punchcards are physical cards you pick up at the studio, and they expire four months from purchase (extensions possible for illness, injury, or travel).

Yes, after the two-month minimum commitment. Just send written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date. Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Membership is designed for ongoing participation rather than short-term intensive attendance. If a shorter commitment suits you better, single classes, punchcards, and workshops may be a better fit. In cases of illness, injury, or emergency, we may offer a credit for the second month at our discretion.

Yes — once per calendar year, for injury, illness, family matters, extended travel, or work. Just reach out and we'll set it up.

The year runs on a 48-week calendar with four scheduled one-week closures for rest and regrouping — already built into membership pricing, so they don't reduce your fees. If a closure ever runs longer than a week, we'll work with you in good faith on a fair credit or accommodation. The next closure is Friday, Oct 30 through Sunday, Nov 8 (reopening Monday, Nov 9).

Not quite. Buying a punchcard or bundle, or booking a private lesson, is a purchase. Creating an account — with your email and a password — is what lets you manage everything: view your remaining punches or bundle uses, see your appointments, and handle your membership. When you check out, you can create an account so your codes and appointments all live in one place.

Once you're signed in, click your email address in the upper-right corner. A menu appears with Appointments, Manage codes, and Logout. Click Manage codes to see your Packages — each one shows what it's redeemable for, how many uses remain, and when it expires.

When you're signed in, you can skip the credit-card step. At checkout, go past Payment information to Package, gift, or coupon code, then click View Your Redeemable Codes and choose your package — your total drops toward $0. (You can also leave Tip at 0% unless you'd like to add one.)

When choosing a time, pick Select and make recurring. Set Repeat (for example, "Every Saturday") and Times to repeat (for example, "7"), and Acuity books the whole series at once — handy for using a bundle across regular weekly lessons.

The easiest way is to subscribe or buy online through Acuity so everything renews and tracks automatically. Alternative arrangements (cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle) are available with prior approval — just reach out to Graham.

Yes. Payments run through Stripe, Acuity's PCI-DSS-compliant processor, with Strong Customer Authentication and Apple Pay support. Your card is encrypted and tokenized — never stored by the studio. We never sell or share your information.
