$5 Sunday Práctica happens on 2nd, 4th & 5th Sundays!
There will always be dancing starting at 4pm (except for times when we are closed for break) on Sunday Afternoons.
1st Sunday = Milonga Domingo Suelto 4pm to 7:30pm ($15)
2nd Sunday = $5 Sunday Práctica 4pm to 5:30pm
3rd Sunday = Milonga Domingo Suelto 4pm to 7:30pm ($15)
4th & 5th Sundays = $5 Sunday Práctica 4pm to 5:30pm
Práctica is an open practice time for all and all-levels. New to tango? Drop-in and ask for Graham! I'll be the one to help you get started.
1/2 the floor dance en ronda (practice floorcraft) & the other 1/2 the floor open practice space for figuring, exchanging, experimenting, confabbing... etc.

As always with Puerta al Tango ... no lifts nor sentadas are ever allowed for safety (and sanity).
Enthusiastic consent is a must before trying out any ganchos, full sacadas, boleos and volcadas... basically any moves that involves someone's leg wrapping around another or one dancer being pulled off their axis.
You will need prior consent!
This is to keep folk safe and also maintain a relaxed atmosphere between dancers as equals.
Most followers do not wish to be subjected to these moves. This is why you must ask first and respect the “no” without question or diappointment. Instead why not explore real social tango in the more impressive realm of La Caminata?
