* No partner needed. Come as you are!
* Casual and comfortable attire. We have dance “socks” that slip over your shoes if you need. Just wear the thinnest and most comfortable shoes you have (best not to wear work or hiking boots).
* Class will be fun,. chill, even meditative all at the same time.
* Come to every free class! We’d love that

*All are welcome! Even experienced dancers.
* You may dance any role you wish: “Navigator” (leader) or “Realizer” (follower)

We encourage exploring both roles, but this decision is entirely up to you… you are always free to choose the one you like the most.
