Bread & Butter in 2023 was a fulfilling experiment with several iterations.
Learned a lot, laughed a lot… cooked a lot!
2024 (after January Capricorn-i-copia) will see an easier time.
Catered food supporting local and small business. Occasional classes, guest artists, live music, etc.

How to Reserve at Seat at The Bread & Butter Table:
#1 Look for an email 7-10 days before the event.
#2 Let me know before noon on the Thursday before the event! you can do so by email, text or tell me at class you wish to come
#3 Reserve for sure your seat at the table:
Before event: $20 RSVP holds your seat and allows us to get the best ingredients we can find. You can confirm reservation by cash in class or via Zelle (cell in footer), Venmo (@Graham-Stanford-1), PayPal (grahamstanford@mac.com).
If you RSVP beforehand and ante-in the $20 then the Practi*Longa is reduced to only $10. You can also pay $30 right from the getgo for a whole evening of fine food, drink, friends, ronda skills and dancing

“CAN I HELP WITH THE COOKING?”
As of mid-January 2024, Bread & Butter is no longer a cook fest in my kitchen. For many reasons.
But the best reason is to support local businesses, support local people… which is why it is now a catered event!
I’ll still make a vegan soup and the gluten-free loaves of bread
“WHY IS THIS NOT A POTLUCK ANYMORE?”
Time and Liability (Insurance sucks).
This way we’ll have more time to dance and time for lively conversation.

If you’d like to bake a dessert or make a dish, please contact me. It will have to be just out of the kindness of your heart.
