• Truthahnsuppe von D’Arquin (turkey bone broth vegetable soup family recipe)

• Roasted piñon, sage and wild mushroom quinoa with pomegranate

• Warm cheese special dish

• Warm olives

• Pomegranate, greens in light citrus vinaigrette

• Dessert 1: sugar bomb flan

• Dessert 2 chocolate vegan (with pomegranate)

• Beverage 1:  mushroom tonic
