Save the Date! Tuesday Feb. 21st

I will be trying out a new format for classes being offered for the weeks ahead with Puerta al Tango this special evening! What better way than to have a lovely guest (not a tango teacher, but very much a teacher and lovely milonguera…) Maria Valentina! We'll be having fun with el abrazo and how to have fun in the embrace.

Starting Feb 21st and onwards, Puerta al Tango will be offering

BOTH “Jardineres” (formerly named “Foundations”) classes & “El Roce” classes will be both Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Classes will run 1-1.5 hours each with warm-ups and practica available time

starting in late February. Each week will have the same class, but offering two different approaches on either Tuesday or Thursday. Adapting and flowing.

For this Special evening on February 21st:

$15 per class | $10 students (includes warm-up + mechanics milonguero + 9pm practica)

$25 for both | $20 students (the whole evening).

5:30pm studio opens

6-7:30 Foundations and Essentials for a Smooth Embrace! (all dancers welcome)

7:30pm Mechanics milonguero (shared part of BOTH classes) - come learn some great tai chi and body mechanic techniques! This is the cross-over segment "mixer"

8-9:30pm “El Roce Abrazado” advancing our embrace, liberating our partners, too.

only attending one class? feel welcome to have a tea and quietly observe the other class OR nip over to Juno for a drink (not too many, eh!). See you then!
