  • 2:30pm - 3:30pm Classes #5 Connect & co-create with energy & impulse with the somatic tools spirals, turns and kinetic curves. + 30 minute practice time with available guidance

  • 4:00pm - 5:00pm Classes #6 Vals flow in small spaces ~ how to co-generate liquid corners, curves and turns to the lovely melody of vals! + 30 minute practice time with available guidance

  • $160 FULL PASS (6 classes plus all of the 30min practicas after)

  • $85 for 3-Class Pass (any 3 classes)

  • $60 for 2 classes in one day
